VTS Workday w/ MLT: Mad River Bluffs

Dear Trail and Mckinleyville Land Trust Volunteers,

Happy New Year! Want to start off the year getting some exercise and helping maintain and protect the beautiful Mad River Bluffs?

Please join us this Sunday, January 19 from 10 am – 12 pm at Mad River Bluffs. If you have not been there before, come help us out, and discover hiking trails that wind through a coastal forest along the Mad River Bluffs with amazing views of the river and ocean.

Park at the Ocean Avenue entrance (corner of Hiller and Ocean Avenue). See map below.

We will be working on rebuilding the North Stairs and pulling ivy. Work occurs rain or shine. Please dress appropriately and bring your own gloves, hand clippers, and water if you have them. We will provide light snacks, water, hand sanitizer, and will have gloves and hand tools. Please RSVP to this email so we have an idea of how many will be attending.
