Wiyot Tribe Shawir Darrudaluduk (Natural Resources Dept.)

In cooperation with the Wiyot Tribe, this workday will focus on:
- Planting a small cultural garden / seed orchard of culturally significant plants grown in the Wiyot nursery
- Removing Pampas grass from a section where we hope to plant natives in the future
- Optional if extra people: Removing non-natives from edges of Big Flat
We will meet near the Sequoia Humane Society in King Salmon. The address of Humane Society is 6073 Loma Ave, Eureka, CA 95503, but there will be parking info nearby. Please do not park in their lot unless told to. Please bring clothes and shoes appropriate for work in the forest with tools. Snacks and tools will be provided.
